Book review: The story of a seagull and the cat who taught her to fly

The story of a seagull and the cat who taught her to fly is written by Luis Sepulveda. Zorba the cat is sunbathing in his patio when a seagull covered with oil flies into the spot where he is sunbathing. The seagull’s name was Kengha and was very weak. She tells Zorba that she will lay an egg and Zorba to promise her for three things, he will take care of the egg , he will not eat the egg and he will teach the baby seagull to fly. Will Zorba be able to fulfil the promises?

I liked this book because Zorba will be a parent of a baby seagull and I liked the part when the egg will hatch and the baby gull would call Zorba “Mommy!”. I give this book a 5 out of 5.

I recommend this book to people who like animals and fiction.
